We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations while partnering with leadership to support business goals. This role will oversee employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR processes to create a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage benefits administration, compensation structures, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.
Strong organizational development and employee engagement experience.
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per hour
