The company has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, project execution, and long-term client partnerships, delivering a wide range of interior and exterior construction services across diverse project types.Job DescriptionPrepare accurate quantity takeoffs, budgets, and bid estimates for carpentry scopes. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine project requirements. Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals. Develop detailed project budgets and turnover packages. Manage projects from award through closeout. Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Monitor cost performance, change orders, RFIs, and project schedules. Attend job meetings and maintain communication with owners, architects, and general contractors. Experience performing both estimating and project management responsibilities. Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance operational and financial objectives.Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction. Project management experience overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of commercial carpentry and interior construction scopes. Ability to perform detailed material and labor takeoffs. Contract, subcontract, and change-order management experience. Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
