Tax Preparer CPA Required

We’re working on a hands‑on Tax Associate opportunity within a lean, high‑growth investment management environment focused on alternative assets.

This is a highly visible role sitting within a small finance team where you’ll take real ownership of partnership tax work and have direct exposure to fund‑level reporting and external tax advisors from day one.

The role is ideal for someone who wants to go deeper into partnership taxation and broaden their exposure in a fast‑moving, collaborative setting.

What you’ll be doing:

Partnership tax compliance and K-1 reporting/allocations

Coordinating closely with external tax advisors on fund filings and deliverables

Supporting annual tax reporting and related workpapers

Assisting with regulatory and compliance tax reporting requirements

Contributing to ad hoc projects as the platform continues to scale

What we’re looking for:

2‑4 years of experience in partnership tax, private equity, fund tax/accounting, or public accounting (tax)

CPA

Exposure to K‑1s and/or partnership allocations

Comfort managing external tax advisor relationships
