Test Manager
Immediate need for a Test Manager for a position in the IT Industry. This is a 6+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Oakton, VA. Telecom Testing Background (MUST)
OSS / BSS Testing (MUST)
Ability to understand the application, technology and domain and come up with test strategy at a short span
Ability to build team based on skillset and project opportunities
Ability to assess and communicate the risks in the project and provide mitigation / contingency plan
Ability to monitor overall test progress and do defect management
Ability to provide inputs to the team on optimizing effort and cost as required by the project
Ability to provide insights into automation and performance testing as required by the project
Be SPOC for all the testing activities and provide dashboards and reports to all the stakeholders
