Sales Manager – Automotive Dealership with strong leadership and coaching skills

Proven experience in automotive sales management, minimum 2 years.

Must have strong Coaching, mentoring, and training skills.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)

Engage with customers throughout negotiation process

Conduct informative and motivational sales meetings

Assist the GM managing vehicle inventory including dealer trades
