The Construction Laborer is responsible for performing general construction, concrete removal, and interior demolition tasks in support of field operations. This includes operating basic power tools, driving company trucks, and assisting equipment operators or working independently on-site. Assist saw operators with cutting tasks and remove concrete and asphalt using tools such as burke bars, jackhammers, or two-wheel dollies.
Perform demolition work, including removing drywall, metal/wood stud walls, drop ceilings, pipes, and conduit.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and care for tools and equipment.
Travel as needed for out-of-town assignments on occasion.
Strong verbal communication and understanding of job site documentation.
Collaboration: Team player who contributes to crew efficiency and cohesion.
Flexible in adjusting to job demands and work environments.
Focused on timely, quality completion of field tasks.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous construction or demolition experience preferred.
Experience with jackhammers, demolition tools, and light power equipment required.
Must be able to work day shifts, nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town travel.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
