Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse in Medical Step-Down!
Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Step-Down unit! We're looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for patients needing Medical Step-Down level of care.
Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal recovery.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs effectively.
Mandatory Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-year experience in critical care or step-down nursing.
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association ONLY.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certification in Nursing or other professional certifications recognized by the Magnet Association.
• 2 years of experience in critical care or step-down nursing.

Work Schedule:
Nights: 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am.
Holiday and weekend rotation required.
