Dispatcher/Operator (Full Time)

Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services is seeking a Care Coordinator/Dispatcher to oversee the daily operations at our cremation facility location. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly employer currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. This is a full-time position and would include 1 weekend shift per week. Acting with a sense of ownership, they will uphold our standards of compassion, quality, honesty, integrity, and dignity.
This position would be for four 10-hour shifts.
Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the safety of staff, equipment, and facilities.
Conduct high-quality, private cremation services (training provided).
Serve as the main point of contact for all driver-facing communication via phone, proprietary software, text, and email.
Maintain attention to detail while serving multiple families, ensuring an error-free standard.
Respond to customers and veterinary staff promptly and professionally, providing thorough support.
Assist in maintaining a clean and presentable state of the crematory facility and company vehicles.
Occasionally lift, push, and pull objects up to 150 pounds with assistance.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage driver routes and customer interactions.
Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects with assistance.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes four 10-hour shifts, including weekends.
