We're partnering with a well-established printing and packaging operation to find a skilled Flexo Press Operator who takes pride in running a clean, efficient press and producing high-quality work.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that speed mattersbut quality matters more. You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining a flexographic press while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Perform make-ready processes and ensure jobs are set up correctly before production

Monitor print quality throughout runs and make adjustments as needed

Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime

Maintain proper documentation, including scanning and job records

Work closely with Quality and Supervisors to approve startups

Strong attention to detail, especially with color and print quality

• Comfortable troubleshooting equipment and making adjustments
• Familiarity with small tools and basic computer systems
• Willingness to cross-train and grow within the operation

This is a production environment, not a desk job.
