Front Desk Receptionist FULL TIME - IMMEDIATE START

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated individual for a clerical support role.

The successful candidate will provide helpful, efficient clerical support to administrative employees, including typing, word processing, and spreadsheets. This employee must sign an oath of permanent confidentiality covering all patient-related information. Compliance with all ethical standards of Sea Mar is required, as well as completion of an annual competency test as a receptionist. The employee must have no history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years immediately prior to the date of employment at the facility.

Bilingual Spanish/English with demonstrated writing and speaking fluency is preferred. Ability to interpret various instructions and read and interpret documents is required. High school education is required, and customer service/general front desk training is preferred.

Must take and pass an annual TB test and an annual influenza vaccine, with exceptions for medical or religious exemptions. Salary: $21.30/hour (Union position) Hours: 8:00 - 5:00, Monday-Friday.
