Receptionist
Receptionist needed in Hillsdale for an accounting firm. This is a full-time, temp to direct opportunity. Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans

~Receptionist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Scanning
Answering phones
Data entry
Customer service
Assist accountants with clerical tasks.
Using Microsoft Office and Thomson Reuter Software.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
During tax season will be working Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm
Receptionist Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must have previous administrative experience and a strong work history.
Comfortable working extra hours during tax season.
