Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate upselling methods.

Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Communicate with guests and provide assistance with questions.

Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Observe guests and ensure satisfaction with food and service.

Respond promptly to guest requests for additional service.

Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers' tables when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed).

Assist with stocking and maintaining restaurant par stock levels and side station.

Help other areas of the restaurant, such as answering telephones and seating guests.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends with shifts ranging from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

2+ years of previous serving or bartending experience, preferred.

Applicant must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.

The hourly rate for this position is $2.33 plus tips and gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by candidate experience, education, and work location.
