Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM): Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• Experience with EMR system (EPIC): Required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans and evaluate progress towards outcomes.
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
