Weekend A PCU RN

NightHours per Shift: 12Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of experience, with some level 1 or 2 experience preferred.License: Any active state RN license or compact license accepted.Must-Have: Must have EPIC experience. Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. Travel experience preferred. Availability to work every other weekend and holiday is required.Description: Winter jobs available for a 13-week contract. For contracts of 48 hours, overtime is paid out after 48 hours. Assignments may include floating to other units based on need and skill set. Floating may occur within the facility or to another facility nearby. Patients may include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census on the unit is expected to be around 23 patients. Patient diagnoses may involve COPD, CHF, AKI/CRF, PND, ARDS, COVID, flu, GI bleed, and other intermediate care issues. Special equipment includes IV pumps, cardiac monitors, and tube feeding systems. Skills required include managing cardiac and vasoactive drips, tracheostomy care, and telemetry monitoring. Charting experience with Epic is required for all inpatient nursing roles. Maximum of 14 days of requested time off is allowed per contract.
