Day, evening, or overnight shifts.Career growth opportunities.Benefits including: medical, 401k, and supplemental insurance.The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.Handle all front desk related activities including:Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.Cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule.quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concernsQualifications/RequirementsCustomer service background preferred.Must be 18 years of age or older.Basic computer proficiency.Exceptional customer service skills; Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.Physical DemandsContinual standing and walking during shift.Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
