What Youll Do

Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking
Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc

What You Bring

Full-time availability in office (MondayFriday)
Previous sales or customer service experience
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
