Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves providing comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to a diverse patient population in an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

Provide thorough assessments and develop care plans for patients
Engage in inter-professional communication to ensure comprehensive patient care
Utilize EHR systems for documentation and patient information management
Operate IV pumps, wound vacs, and other medical equipment
Manage feeding tubes, chest tubes, heparin and insulin drips
Perform IV therapy management and utilize telemetry monitoring

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

IN State or Compact RN license
BLS certification through AHA
At least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2 or tertiary experience
At least 1 year of med-surg experience in a large hospital with 450+ beds
