Denver Civil Litigation Defense Firm seeking 0-5 year Litigation Associates

My client is growing and is seeking to hire an associate attorney. Their philosophy is that attorneys learn best through mentorship and hands‑on experience. In this role, you will work closely with partners, associates, and support staff in a highly collaborative environment.

My client offers a manageable billable hour requirement, along with the opportunity for hybrid work, combining both in‑office and remote days. They provide in‑house programs at least quarterly, focused on topics relevant to civil litigation. The firm places a strong emphasis on equity, diversity, and inclusion, recognizing that a commitment to EDI makes them more effective advocates for their clients.

Representing clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.

Conducting research and analysis of legal problems.

Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

Presenting facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others, and arguing on behalf of their clients.

Preparing and filing legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.

Managing and overseeing paralegals and legal assistants.

Guiding and advising clients in taking appropriate legal action.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Proven background of successful litigation.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make well‑reasoned legal arguments.
