About the Job

Under the direction of GDPU PSA, Artwork and ePI, this position will develop pharmaceutical product labeling artwork in accordance with government agency regulations for the U.S., Canada, and globally for the Blueprint and Sanofi portfolio. The role ensures accuracy in the creation of Sanofi product labeling, utilizes regulatory text, technical layouts (specifications), and product-specific graphics. Responsibilities include creating artwork, tracking projects to completion, adhering to strict deadlines, and producing high-quality, accurate deliverables for patients.

Position Details

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Morristown, NJ. This role offers flexibility for candidates to be based near any of Sanofi facilities: Morristown, Swiftwater, Cambridge, or Northborough.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative solutions for continuous process improvement.

Help support artwork transformation.

Maintain high-level file management and computer systems.

Interpret packaging component specification drawings.

Apply knowledge of GMP regulations.

Maintain an electronic library of artwork files for product components and prescribing information.

Provide total technical support for MAC systems and expertise in graphic arts design, functionality, and electronic issues.

Prepare artwork according to requirements of multiple sites (domestic/international) consistent with vendor print production needs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design.

1+ years of experience in graphic design for any industry.

Technical Skills

Basic graphic design software proficiency.

File management and computer systems.

Electronic art preparation fundamentals.

Ability to learn and interpret packaging specification drawings.

Basic troubleshooting of artwork development issues.

Electronic artwork library maintenance.

Basic MAC systems operation.

Willingness to learn GMP regulations.
