Human Resources Rep - Recruitment

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional Overtime/Some Saturdays as needed)

Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and timely customer service.

Manage general administrative and clerical duties, including answering the main phone line and handling correspondence.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, both physically and within the Oracle Fusion HRIS.

Reconcile temporary agency employee timesheets and process related invoices for timely payroll; coordinate new hire onboarding, including submitting online background checks, preparing employee files, and assisting with benefits enrollment.

Administer the Kronos timekeeping system, including setting up new employee profiles, inputting daily time and attendance corrections, and managing the Kronos finger scanner.

Maintain labor tracking information in Kronos, generate reports, and input data into Excel spreadsheets for analysis.

Ensure compliance by verifying I-9 documentation and accurately processing new hire data through Greenhouse and Oracle Fusion.

Assist with offboarding procedures by processing termination paperwork.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Proven ability to analyze and problem solve complex human resource issues.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize work and develop realistic action plans.

Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to monitor own work for quality.

Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to following instructions and seeking feedback.

Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Kronos, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Background Check and Drug Screen required.
