Job Summary The Accounting Supervisor is a high-volume, hands‑on role responsible for day‑to‑day oversight of MEGPL (Marathon Equatorial Guinea Production Limited) technical accounting functions supporting the Equatorial Guinea Business Unit. The role provides leadership across external audits, national payroll, monthly financial close activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting accuracy. This position offers the opportunity to lead through partnership with local and Houston‑based stakeholders, support employee development through mentoring and coaching, and help strengthen accounting processes, controls, and reporting as business needs evolve.
