About the Position
We are seeking polished, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Concierges. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients as they explore vacation options, make selections, and prepare for their upcoming trips.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, managing details, researching experiences, and providing attentive follow-up. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Build rapport with clients and gather information about their destination interests, preferred dates, budget, vacation style, and special requests.
Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation-related services.
Help coordinate selected arrangements through approved resources and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information organized.
Provide ongoing concierge-style assistance by answering routine questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and helping with standard changes when needed.
Review client and booking information for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain organized records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
