Solon Pointe is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Day Receptionist to join our team!
As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Provide administrative support
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk
Assist residents, families, and team members as needed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous receptionist or office experience is preferred
