Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company located in Seattle on the hiring of a full cycle Recruiter. This role will work closely with HR leadership in delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment including sourcing a high volume of candidates using various creative recruiting platforms and community forums.
Establish and manage full life cycle of recruitment; emphasis on proactive sourcing using a variety of methods, assess and recruit candidates for a variety of positions
High volume interview scheduling including working directly with candidates and hiring managers to successfully handle complex scheduling requirements
Consult with the hiring managers throughout hiring process from discussing needs to assist in making the final candidate selection for an offer
In partnership with the hiring manager, develop offer package and extend/negotiate the offer package
Manage all aspects of job posting process in applicant tracking system and other job boards
Collaborate with HR team on diversity and inclusion initiatives
Promote company at variety of recruitment functions such as job fairs at universities and events to target special populations
Maintain and update information within applicant tracking system including but not limited to job posting templates, requisition status, and candidate status

5+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

• Extensive experience in cold calling, candidate development and direct sourcing of candidates from a variety of media including standard sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines
• Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
