Machine Minder (1st Shift)

Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days per week)

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient operation while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper performance.

Perform routine quality checks on finished products throughout the production process.

Verify that glue is at the correct consistency before and during production.

Inspect equipment for proper operation and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Complete production documentation as required.

Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Willingness to work a 12-hour first shift (5:00 AM-5:00 PM) three days per week.
