Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptlySupport and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members

Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate care

Active Florida LPN license in good standing (required)

Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Ability to work the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed
