Recruiter - Full Time Temp (Work from Home)

The Talent Acquisition team manages a high volume of requisitions across our corporate offices. We have fun while we work and enjoy the fast pace of a retail company. We have close partnerships with each other, hiring managers, and internal partners.
Overview of the Recruiter role
You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers while leading candidates through the recruiting process. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you will source, attract, and hire candidates. You will also be responsible for building relationships with external organizations, schools, and associations to build a diverse pipeline of candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting projects that will enhance and elevate how we recruit at WSI.
Strategically partner with hiring managers to better understand their role, their team, and their immediate and long-term hiring needs
Educate and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, for both temp and full-time roles
Partner with HR on programs and initiatives
Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of requisitions
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Oracle a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to perform work onsite in our San Francisco office Monday thru Thursday, with the ability to work from home Friday.
