Corporate Transactions Attorney | Fully Remote – Up to $225k
Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Fully Remote)
Base Salary: Up to $225k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Corporate Transactions – Mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory for businesses, founders, and investors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and support complex corporate transactions, including M&A, venture financings, and joint ventures.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and governance materials.
Conduct due diligence and manage deal closings for businesses and investors.
Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (MA or multi-jurisdictional preferred).
• 3–7+ years of corporate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with venture capital, private equity, or M&A is a plus.
