Recruitment Resourcer / Senior Recruitment Resourcer (Construction Sector)

Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process independently, including negotiating employment terms when necessary and executing onboarding procedures.

Make hiring and placement decisions based on candidates' skill sets, work experience, and suitability for the open position.

Conduct post-placement performance evaluations, handle terminations when applicable, and complete all related administrative documentation.

Meet regularly with the internal team to review progress toward weekly production goals and overall performance.

Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, serving as a resource for employment opportunities.

A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.

Previous industrial construction staffing experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.

High school diploma required.
