POSITION SUMMARY Implements and monitors individual program plans for participants served. Encourages, implements and facilitates independence, inclusion, individuality and productivity. All paperwork and performance is supervised by a designated QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) (Habilitation Coordinator).
Assists in the development and implementation of participant program plans. Responsible for monthly curriculum and obtaining the resources to ensure implementation of activities.
Assists in training habilitation aides in implementing goals.Prepares monthly notes and provides supervisors (Habilitation Coordinator) with data sheets and all required paperwork.
Ensures the maintenance of any equipment, i.e. adaptive equipment.
