Senior ParalegalLocation(s): Franklin, TNJob Schedule: Full-time – Hybrid - in office Monday-ThursdayEducation Requirement: Bachelor's and Professional Certification as a paralegal from an ABA certified program.A Day in the Life:Under appropriate supervision of counsel, manages breach of warranty, lemon law, and consumer litigation and supervises outside counsel.Reviews pleadings and discovery and provides assistance and direction to outside counsel.Provides training to national and regional consumer affairs employees.Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.Who We're Looking for:Firm knowledge of state and federal judicial system, Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence, litigation practice and strategy.Five or more years as professional litigation paralegal.Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.Familiarity with on-line legal research tools (e.g., Thorough working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, mainframe applications and computerized case management/litigation support systems to monitor cases and produce reports.What You'll Look Forward to at Nissan:Career Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, cross-departmental moves, and innovative learning platforms.
