We are currently hiring two Full-Time Concierges to join our front desk team.
Available Full-Time Schedules: 2nd Shift Concierge
Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
3rd Shift Concierge
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
Applicants must be available to work the full schedule for the shift they are applying for.

Warmly greet residents, families, visitors and guests as they enter the community
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and connect callers with the appropriate team members
Assist residents and visitors with questions and general information
Help maintain a welcoming, organized and professional front desk and lobby area
Communicate important information to team members and support smooth day-to-day community operations
Provide excellent customer service while creating a positive first impression of The Arbor at BridgeMill
You’ll Be Great on This Team Because You Have: A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Previous receptionist, concierge, front desk, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
