Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Seattle, WA from October 2026 to June 2027. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

In-person, school-based role

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy

Collaborate with school special education teams

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)

Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship

Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.8 FTE or more

Reimbursements for licensure, continuing education, and professional costs

Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
