ICU Nurse

ICU Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour D/N rotation Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years License: RN license required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS Must-Have: ICU experience Description: Looking for an ICU nurse who is comfortable on a stepdown unit taking up to 3 patients. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in an ICU setting. Weekend requirements are 5 shifts every 6 weeks. Holidays will be every other holiday. The unit has 24 beds and utilizes an electronic medical record system. Patient ratios on the floor are 1:3. Orientation on the unit will be 3 days. Common types of patients include those with respiratory disease processes, neurological disorders, and chronic illnesses. Medical, dental & vision insurance
