Law - Paralegal

Overview Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Paralegal to join a growing company in the Southwest metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities Provide general support across legal, regulatory, and administrative functions within the organization.
Coordinate information, documentation, and records for various legal and business-related processes.
Support contract, matter, and compliance activities by assisting with reviews, tracking, and follow‑up.
Help manage recurring filings, renewals, and standard documentation tied to company operations.
Assist with transactions and records related to company‑owned assets.
Maintain and update legal templates, reference materials, and internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support department initiatives.
Utilize technology, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
Perform additional legal operations and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a legal support or paralegal role.
Litigation experience is strongly preferred.
Post‑secondary education or relevant certification preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with business systems, collaboration tools, and administrative workflows.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Comfort learning new tools and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
