Cost Estimator Immediate Need

Cost Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to join the team of a growing manufacturing organization in Mt. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing cost accounting experience, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work closely with plant and continuous improvement teams to turn financial data into meaningful business decisions.

Analyze manufacturing processes and evaluate the cost impact of process changes and improvement initiatives

Provide management with financial analysis and reporting related to product profitability and plant performance

Perform internal cost audits in accordance with GAAP

Maintain accurate costing and financial data within SAP/ERP systems

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

2+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system; SAP experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
