We are a full-service law firm established in 2002, focused on the representation of mortgage lenders, servicers, financial institutions, credit unions and private investors in financial, residential, and commercial matters.

In person appearances are occasionally required but efforts are made to keep travel to a minimum. The employee responds to client inquiries on the law, process, and procedure and assists clients in establishing proper protocols where necessary. As a RSM Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to our clients, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. Representing secured creditors, financial institutions, and mortgage servicers in all stages of the default process

Managing and maintaining default files in accordance with the firm’s compliance requirements

Reviewing and signing documents in the default process, including motions, notices, affidavits, and other pleadings

Reviewing and compiling documents required for the default process

Researching and analyzing statutes, judicial decisions, administrative law, and local rules

Handling client inquiries in a timely and competent manner through various case management systems, phone, and email

Properly using and relying on the firm’s case management system and reporting to ensure legal and client deadlines are adhered to

Maximizing client billing opportunities while maintaining a clear focus on compliance expectations by prioritizing and working at a fast pace on a high volume of cases

Litigation experience preferred

degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles
