The Recruiteris responsible forexecuting full-cycle recruitment, partnering with Operations toidentifyand fill staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. This role supports talent pipeline development and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies while providinga high levelof service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Operations todeterminecurrent and future hiring needs.
Facilitate local hiring events as needed to support recruiting efforts.
Develop andmaintainpartnerships with local community organizations to support talent pipelines.
Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings for new hires, escalating any anomalies to the Regional HR Manager.
Conduct weekly new hire orientation, including uniform distribution, initial HR onboarding, and acting as the first point of contact for new employees.
Ensure Operations teams receivetimelynew hire information for scheduling training and post assignments.
Refer complex HR matters to the Regional HR Manager for guidance and resolution.
Gather documentation andsubmitto the Regional HR Manager for employee terminations, suspensions, demotions, disciplinary actions, and reductions in force, ensuring legal compliance and consistent application of policies.
Conductexitinterviews for hourly employees and share feedback with the Regional Leadership Team.
Ensuretimelyandaccuratedata entry related to pay changes, promotions, new hires, transfers, and terminations in internal systems and tracking spreadsheets.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, government regulations, and client contractual requirements.
Experience recruiting across various levels, including hourly, exempt, non-exempt, and management roles.
Experience using ATS platforms; familiarity with HIRE (formerlyKwantek) is a plus.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruitment and onboarding.
Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and video interviewing platforms.
Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma
