Warehouse Operations SupervisorStaci Americas Fulfillment is a fast-growing 3PL, and we are hiring people who want to be challenged and grow with us. Staci is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for the site. Job Duties:Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipmentMotivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.Knowledge Of:Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountabilityPrinciples and practices of leadership and work managementWarehouse-related SOP'sIndividual Account work instructionsWarehouse processes and proceduresSkilled In:Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.Manage the 5S of the facility.Training and developing hourly associatesSafetyMS OfficeOrganizational protocols andAbility To:Multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environmentTrain and develop hourly associatesLearn AMWARE proprietary WMSUnderstand and ensure compliance with SOP's, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and proceduresThe ideal candidate will have: Three to Five (3-5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Benefits: Full benefit package including Health, 401k, Dental, VisionOur House Rules:Staci provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or genetics.
