Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington is seeking an On Call Occupational Therapist.

  • As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible to:
  • Develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders.
  • Provide quality treatments, actively progressing goals to achieve highest quality of life.
  • Conduct screens and provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
  • Coordinate seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.
  • Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $36.79 - $49.77 per hour. Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
