Position Overview She Recruits is partnering with a rapidly growing, physician-led aesthetic surgery practice seeking two Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons to join its expanding South Florida team.

Two immediate openings
High-volume cosmetic surgery practice
Monday Friday schedule
Collaborative surgical environment
Hospital privileges assistance provided
Perform a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
Educate patients on surgical options, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery
Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the surgical journey
Collaborate with experienced surgeons and clinical staff on complex cases
Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Participate in the practice's structured onboarding and training program
Surgical Experience Ideal candidates should have experience performing procedures such as:

Breast Revision Surgery
Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Procedures
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified in Plastic Surgery (ABPS or equivalent)
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain licensure
Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic plastic surgery procedures
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Portuguese language skills are a plus
Ability to commute to or travel regularly within South Florida
Significant earning potential based on surgical volume
Assistance obtaining hospital privileges
