Registered Nurse (RN) - Seasonal-Emergency Department

You will serve as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) at BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. In this role you support daily plasma collection operations and maintain donor safety and eligibility.

Responsibilities Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, and blood testing.

Review laboratory and serological test results and notify donors of unsuitable findings.

Manage donor adverse events, evaluate reactions, and follow SOPs for medical emergencies.

Coordinate with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.

Support HepatitisB and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.

Handle employee incidents and determine further evaluation by occupational health/ER.

Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS, supporting investigations related to community pandemic threats.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of an accredited nursing program with state licensing requirements.

Licensed or certified RN, NP, or PA in the state of assignment.

Current CPR and AED certification.

Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy.

Completion of FDA‑approved BioLife training for Medical Support Specialists.

Minimum of two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Familiarity with regulations governing plasma collection or a manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage range: $35.20 – $48.40 (location: United States – North Dakota – Fargo).

Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 available.
