Human Resources ManagerIMI is seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager for our Watkinsville, GA office.Essential FunctionsThe Human Resources Manager acts as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and oversees the full spectrum of workforce operations. This position requires discretion to work with confidential and sensitive issues.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a field directly related to Human Resources.Minimum of five years' work experience in a human resources capacity.Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of human resources; including pertinent local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.Discretion to work with confidential and sensitive issues.Experience developing corporate compensation and benefit plans.Experience and desire to build a service-oriented environment; utilize conflict management skills and effectively resolve controversial issues.Ability to develop creative solutions to non-routine problems, master new concepts quickly and efficiently, and need to the ability to turn concepts into practical applications.Must be able to multitask, as well as prioritize tasks within a strict deadline, while still being detail oriented.Advanced skill level for operating Microsoft Office required.Work Environment/Physical DemandsSitting for extended periods of timeManual dexterity needed for repetitive tasks and operating standard office equipmentLift and carry materials weighing up to 25 poundsIMI maintains a Drug-Free Workplace in compliance with federal/state regulations.
