Primary Responsibilities of the Reunion Program Coordinator:

Collaborates with the Director of Memory Care on activities and entertainment that best meet the needs of the residents.
Ensure residents have an opportunity to exercise each day. Implements a resident's walking/ambulation program according to the resident's needs and abilities.
Assist with scheduling opportunities for residents to enjoy local cultural events according to the residents' service plan and ability to participate.
Implements the Reunion Program for each resident at the time of admission. Assists new residents in adjusting to their unique environment and schedule. Ensures that new residents are placed at a dining table with other residents who share similar interests and socialization abilities.
Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
A High School Diploma is required.
Proven computer skills with Microsoft Word and Office
Be flexible with work schedule including holidays and weekends
