Job Purpose: Set up, monitor, and repair machines in the production area to ensure efficient operation of the business.

Designs or modifies equipment, jogs, fixtures, and tooling.

Performs preventive maintenance on machines and maintains records.

Assist with installation of new machines and equipment.

Maintains appropriate documentation on machines and equipment.

Order parts through internal procedures, or external sources.

May train team members on operation of machines.

Perform 25% welding.

Depending on location, provides assistance with facility maintenance.

Learning understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in field related to specific position is preferred. Ability to read schematics and interpret equipment manuals.

Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills.

Ability to use various hand tools and test equipment.

Proficiency with a computer.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Team player who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Welding knowledge.

Pay Transparency: The annual salary for this role is USD $18.75 - $28.37 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
