HR/Recruiting Generalist

We’re searching for a driven, highly organized HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist, you will act as the initial point of contact for employees on HR‑related questions, maintain accurate records of employee data and policies, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and support audits and compliance requirements. This role reports to our Director of People Operations, Systems, and Analytics (POSA).

As a member of the POSA team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape company‑wide processes, influence Aurora’s culture, and support employees of all levels and teams.

Effectively prioritize, triage, and resolve Tier 1‑2 employee support tickets, submitted through Workday Help.

Process various transactions in our HRIS (Workday), including hires, terminations, data changes, and organizational changes.

Regularly audit HRIS data to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including completion of mandatory reporting such as EEO‑1, ACA, and HCSO.

Participate in additional ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Ability to interact with highly confidential data with sensitivity, professionalism, and integrity.

Deep understanding of HRIS, preferably Workday.

Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
