As a full-time employee, you will benefit from a structured schedule with the flexibility to choose your own hours, operating from Monday to Friday.

Implement treatment plans utilizing various methods, such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and the application of advanced equipment, all aimed at pain reduction and improved mobility.

Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining accurate records of treatments and patient responses.

Guide patients in the use of assistive devices when necessary, and provide comprehensive training for patients and their families on home exercises and self-management techniques.

Maintain your professional development by engaging in continuing education, attending workshops, and actively participating in professional networks.

Our diverse patient population includes children, adults, and seniors suffering from a broad spectrum of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and rehabilitative needs. As a Physical Therapist at Elite Providence, you will work with each patient to empower them to achieve their maximal potential through effective rehabilitation strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling software.

While prior work experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. We encourage new graduates as well as experienced therapists to apply, particularly those with a passion for outpatient rehabilitation and a desire to develop skills in a supportive environment.
