Primary Care LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join one of our clients in the area. The LCSW will provide comprehensive clinical mental health services, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based care.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluationsDiagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions using DSM-5 criteriaDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and group therapyUtilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapySupport crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments as neededCollaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationProvide patient advocacy and connect clients to community resources and support servicesParticipate in treatment team meetings and care coordination activitiesQualificationsActive LCSW license in the state of TexasMaster's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited programExperience providing outpatient mental health therapy preferredStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skillsExperience with diverse populations across the lifespan preferredExcellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamIf you are a motivated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking for a meaningful opportunity in a supportive and client-centered environment, I want to hear from you.
