New Italian restaurant looking for a polished Lead Host who is experienced and motivated to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow into a Front of the House Supervisor role.
Ideal candidate is confident, organized, hospitality-driven and ready to take ownership of the guest experience while developing their leadership skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Mange reservations, seating flow and dining room pacing
- Deliver exceptional guest services and professional phone etiquette
- Coordinate seating and communication with service team
- Maintain a welcoming, organized and efficient front desk
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, initiative and strong problem-solving skills
The immediate position is 4 days a week with Saturday and Sunday being full day service with lunch and dinner.
This is more than a hosting position. We're looking for someone who wanst to grow with us, take on greater responsibility and advance into a supervisory role.
