Key Responsibilities As a Multi-Specialty Dentist, you will provide a broad range of care including: General Dentistry: Cosmetic Dentistry: Design and execute smile transformations through veneers, bonding, and professional whitening. Pediatric Care: Provide a gentle, welcoming experience for our youngest patients to build a lifetime of oral health. Oral Surgery: Perform extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth) and dental implant placements. Qualifications Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Active (or eligible for) Arizona State Dental License. We value a clinician who stays current with the latest dental technologies and techniques. Compensation Structure 31%-34%+ of production (based on experience) Guaranteed compensation for the first six months Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $180,000 and $400,000 annually $15,000 sign-on bonus Schedule 4 - 5 Days per week with 1 Saturday/month Benefits Competitive compensation (Base + Production).
